About Us

Welcome to BellyFatPro – Where real people tackle real belly fat.

We’re a small team with a big mission: help you feel better in your body without hype, extremes, or guilt trips. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, recovering from one too many yo-yo diets, or just want clear info that actually works – you're in the right place.

Meet the Team

Morgan Blake

Co-Founder, Wellness Researcher

morgan@bellyfatpro.com

Hi, I’m Morgan – a wellness nerd, former marketing exec, and now a full-time researcher and writer on health and sustainable weight loss. In my early 30s, after struggling with post-pandemic weight gain and digestive issues, I realized most “belly fat” advice online was either junk or dangerous.

So, I started doing deep dives into what actually works – backed by science, and tested in real life. BellyFatPro is where I share those insights, so others don’t have to waste time (or health) like I did.

Outside of the blog, I love hiking the Hill Country, making 3-ingredient smoothies, and avoiding burpees at all costs.

Jamie Rivera

Co-Founder, Nutrition Coach & Writer

jamie@bellyfatpro.com

I’m Jamie – a certified nutrition coach with a background in psychology and a long history of fighting the “last 15 pounds.” My approach? Ditch the shame, get smart about habits, and focus on the stuff that actually moves the needle.

I teamed up with Morgan to launch BellyFatPro because we both saw a gap: real, practical help that doesn’t sound like it came from a bodybuilder or a fad diet cult.

When I’m not writing meal strategies or testing protein powders, you’ll find me trail running, roasting vegetables like it’s an Olympic sport, or hanging with my rescue dog, Waffles.

Why Trust Us? We’re not doctors or influencers – and that’s the point. We’re regular people who’ve done the homework, worked with real experts, and tested what works in the real world. Every guide, checklist, and product review is written with your time and trust in mind.

Thanks for being here – let’s beat the bloat, shrink the stress, and build something sustainable.
